Order Information
Vouchers for this experience are valid for a 24-month period, the expiry date can be found on the packaging and voucher. You must have booked in and taken the experience before the expiry date. We recommend you try and book at least 3 months in advance to ensure there are spaces available.
General
In order to take part, drivers must have and produce their booking confirmation and a full valid UK driving licence and have no more than 6 penalty points.
Participants must be able to clearly understand instructions given to them in English.
The general restrictions are; height between 5ft and 6ft 4in and max weight 18 stone.
You must be of reasonable health. If you have any disabilities, please contact us so we can check that we can accommodate you.
Participants suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused the drive and no refund will be given.
Restrictions
All drivers must be 25 to 65 years of age. Drivers aged 66 to 70 are permitted to drive for an additional insurance premium of £45
All drivers must be in possession of a full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years. A maximum of 6 points for speeding accepted subject to insurance approval. Licence checks will be performed when you check in for your experience.

Monday to Saturday between May 6th - October 25th 2024
Monday to Saturday between May 5th - October 24th 2025
Time slots between 8am - 4pm

Extras on the day
Participants will be asked to complete an indemnity/damage waiver form before driving. The form will state that the participant will be liable to pay a fixed amount should they damage the vehicle whilst driving. You will be offered an indemnity/damage waiver against this cost at an additional fee £25 which is only payable on the day. The purchase of the waiver is optional and is in addition to the public liability insurance held by Rev Experiences. The full details of any indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by Rev Experiences on the day and also on the booking confirmation. Please note, our customer service team will be unable to offer advice as to whether participants should or should not take out any additional cover for damage.
Weather Conditions
Severe weather may cause the experience to be delayed or postponed. Refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your experience. No refunds are offered on experiences already booked. We can however rebook your experience to a future date and time. No further cancellations will be accepted thereafter
Our Liability
Rev Experiences liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the experience only. No consequential loss liability will be covered.
Insurance Excess
Drivers are subject to an excess of £3,000 which will become payable for:
Any mechanical damage which is not covered by our Insurers, e.g. Tyres, wheels, clutch, gearbox and damage which was sustained during the experience for misuse and abuse, excluding normal wear and tear.
An insurance excess against any accidental damage or loss caused to the vehicle by a third party or the driver. The driver is liable for the first £3,000 of any claim.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however once an experience has been bought, we will not alter the price for that experience.
